Coffee on Wheels Rotterdam is often requested for (business) events or trade fairs. Logical, because our hospitable baristas always make it a party. Indoors or outdoors. Even without a power connection, we serve the tastiest coffee, tea or hot chocolate on location when and wherever needed.
The success of a business event, conference or trade fair in Ahoy or the Van Nelle Factory is often in the details. Believe us, with a mobile espresso bar you really make the difference. It literally and figuratively adds smell, taste and atmosphere to your event. And of course, our baristas do everything they can to serve your guests a perfect coffee. They are often the first point of contact and can receive your guests warmly.
Something to go with the hot drinks? We are happy to think along with you. A lot is possible. From flavors in coffee and Italian cookies to savory snacks. Everything to create the ultimate coffee experience.
We cannot repeat it often enough: for us, quality and professionalism are paramount. That’s why we only work with professional baristas. All trained and experienced professionals. In addition to a huge passion for coffee, they have a feeling for the small, the personal. Always a listening ear, in for a chat… This way you are assured of a great atmosphere, delicious coffee and the perfect host at your event.
Quality is also in the coffee. We roast our own unique coffee blends in an artisanal coffee roaster. By now we know which coffee beans are the most favorite. In addition, the coffee beans are only ground during your event. You only get a perfect espresso, latte or ‘regular’ coffee when the beans are freshly roasted and ground. Of course, your guests can still choose from beautiful organic teas and hot chocolate.
Good to know, our cups are wood-free and made from raw materials left over from the production of sugar. This means that they are 100% compostable and meet the heavy EN13432 standard.
The mobile Vespa piaggio, Ape 50, (e-)piaggios, fire trailer, coffee bike, Silverline stream Airstream caravan and espresso bar are real eye-catchers. They all look beautiful and create the atmosphere. Together with you, we look at which bar best suits your event.
